777cxm's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777cxm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cxm reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.
777cxm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination of an Account for cause, 777cxm reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting 777cxm support via live chat. Real-money Balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
